COLOR REFORM began as an ambitious endeavor to reinvent imperfect, vintage carpets through the power of color. Handwoven wool rugs were neutralized from their initial state and then over-dyed to produce remarkable chromatic compositions, while still retaining the essence of their original designs.

Since its inception, COLOR REFORM has evolved into an extensive range of rugs produced in Turkey, India and Pakistan. The process has been refined over time, enabling the method to be applied to handspun silk, recycled Sari silk and linen. Each one-of-a-kind carpet is individually handcrafted, characterized by unique tonality variations brought to life by intense color.

COLOR REFORM is a truly organic process, inspired by discovery, enhanced through experience, and motivated by endless possibility.  It is a philosophy of evolutionary change that embraces originality, alters prediction and challenges the boundaries of creativity.
